Upon accessing a secure channel in CCTV, S.A.C.P. graduates learned that OK INSPECTOR™; CERTIFIED INSPECTION GROUP LLC is working on a mass Toky-Land citizen finger-print identity archive. Under cover OK INSPECTOR™ agents are directed to stage themselves as slobs and rummage through the waste sites collecting discarded +BLISTER-PACKS® pharmaceutical packaging. The supposed +BLISTER-PACKS® pharmaceutical packaging has an invisible film on the packaging that records a highly accurate rendering of the subjects finger prints.
